The E5-2690v3 delivers moderate but respectable performance for a budget VPS, achieving single-core/multi-core scores of 647/1262 in GeekBench5 benchmarks.

The sustained testing revealed two critical insights:
- Overselling Control: The results suggest reasonable overselling practices. Despite prolonged stress testing over multiple days, no throttling mechanisms were triggered.
- Resource Policy: The provider maintains relaxed resource constraints – our high-intensity benchmarking (including sustained 90%+ CPU load) incurred no service interruptions or warnings, indicating permissive CPU allocation policies.
Network Performance

peak hour tests exhibited exceptional global connectivity:
• 0% packet loss across 85% of monitoring nodes
• Minor 2% packet loss limited to Central Asian routes
Download&Upload
Continuing my opinion on the ping test, the vast majority of international speed measurement nodes have performed well. The average speed of nodes in the Americas is estimated to be around 600, those in Europe around 300, and those in East Asia around 200. Tests have shown that domestic telecommunications nodes can run up to 600m download and 233 upstream (note that this is for the server-side, and the corresponding should be reversed).
In the arena of 1g bandwidth, if anyone has a need, they can install some TCP tuning tools to grab more.
